Since all of our products are food items, all sales are final. In the event that your order does not arrive intact, please contact us at help@philadelphiautbutter.com with your order number and any additional details and photographs.

Since we are a family-owned and operated business, our hours are 9-5, Monday - Friday. If you have a problem, mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

• Almond Butter: Philadelphia Nut Butter Almond Butter contains almonds and is produced on equipment that also processes other tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.
• Cashew Butter: Philadelphia Nut Butter Cashew Butter contains cashews and is produced on equipment that also processes other tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and salt.
• Peanut Butter: Philadelphia Nut Butter Peanut Butter contains peanuts and is produced on equipment that also processes other tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and salt.

All of our nut butters are vegan, dairy-free, and Kosher.

Glass jars are more susceptible to breakage in production and shipping. Our 100% BPA-free recyclable plastic jars provide for a shatter-free experience.
